Cumbre Dorada comes from Ramirez Estate in the Dominican Republic, where coffee is cultivated in the country’s mountainous growing region.
After harvesting, the coffee undergoes a washed process. The fruit surrounding the beans is removed before the beans are washed and dried, producing a clean and balanced cup that allows the coffee’s natural character to shine.
Lightly roasted, Cumbre Dorada offers notes of walnuts and vanilla with subtle sugarcane undertones.
Some coffees are made in the roaster. This one was made on the mountain — we just made sure not to get in the way.
