At Montalava Co., our name reflects what inspires us — Monta, the high-altitude peaks, and Lava, the rich volcanic soil where exceptional coffee begins.

We started with a simple belief: great coffee deserves a great story. Inspired by the Caribbean islands and the hands that harvest each bean, we partner with specialty roasters to bring you coffees with depth, natural sweetness, and a clean, balanced finish.

Every bag is roasted to order — never sitting in a warehouse, never stale. From the mountains of Ethiopia to the highlands of Bali, each origin we carry is selected because it tells a story worth sipping.

Our Caribbean roots run deep. We are working to bring Dominican Republic specialty coffee to the world — grown in the mountains of Barahona, our core origin, and the reason Montalava Co. exists. Stay tuned.
