Our Guarantee
At Montalava Co., your satisfaction comes first.
If your first purchase does not meet expectations, we will gladly issue a full refund with no return required.
If it is not your first order with us
Returned coffee is not accepted because it is a perishable item, unless there is an issue such as damage during delivery.
Any express shipping, where applicable, is not refundable. Express shipping includes Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight or expedited shipping services requested by you.
Ground shipping is not refundable unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
Time is of the essence. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. We cannot accept exchanges or returns after 48 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a separate order for the new product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your request and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
